Abstract

The oral cavity is an uncommon site for metastatic tumor cell colonization and is usually evidence of a wide spread disease. The diagnosis of an occult lesion is a daunting task for the clinician, as oral cavity is rarely the first site of its occurrence. In this paper we report a case of renal adenocarcinoma, with multiple secondaries and involvement of mandible.
