Caries is the most frequent etiological factor of radicular cysts in the primary dentition. The early diagnosis and treatment relates to the success of such cases. Here, we present a rare case of radicular cyst associated with primary mandibular second molar. The preferred treatment for this case was marsupialization followed by band and loop space maintainer.
