This employs the use of a combination of antibacterial drugs (Metronidazole, Ciprofloxacin and Minocycline i.e. Triple antibiotic mix) as an intracanal medicament. This combination has been used for non surgical treatment and healing of large periradicular lesions. This article reports two cases, on the usage of triple antibiotic paste to treat non healing periapical sinus, diagnosed as a refractory apical periodontitis.
