Abstract

Treatment for missing anterior tooth has many options like removable partial denture, three units fixed bridge and implants. But particularly in the adolescent age these options are often inappropriate and inconvenient. In such situation a Maryland bridge fulfils all the requirements of an ideal interim prosthesis till the patient is ready to receive a permanent solution.
