Abstract

Odontogenic fibromyxoma is a rare tumor of jaw bones affecting mesenchymal tissues of the tooth germ-mainly dental papilla, follicle, periodontal ligament. It mainly affects the posterior region of mandible but rarely affects the maxilla. We are reporting a case of odontogenic fibromyxoma in maxilla with its review.
