Abstract Autogenous therapies are best suited as graft material due to minimum antigenicity, thereby eliminating biological concern such as immunogenic reaction and disease transmission. Tori tend to appear more frequently during middle age life. Tours is mainly removed owing to prosthodontic reasons, as it may also be used as a biomaterial, not only in periodontology, but also in implantology. This case report deals with the removal of mandibular tori and its use in intrabony defects for improving the natural dentition in health and function. Top Keywords Autogenous, Antigenicity, Tori.
