Online published on 18 May, 2016. Abstract Adentigerous cyst is the most common odontogenic cyst arising from impacted, embedded or unerupted teeth.. It encloses the crown of an unerupted tooth at the cementoenamel junction. As evident from the literature, these cysts have strong predilection for males than females. They frequently occur during the second and third decades of life. Multiple dentigerous cysts are rare and most often occur in association with a developmental syndrome. Although dentigerous cysts are rare in the first decade of life, a thorough review of a child's initial radiographs is of obvious importance. Treatment modalities range from enucleation to marsupialization, which may be influenced by the age of the patient, severity of impaction, and root form of associated tooth/teeth. The purpose of this report is to describe the successful outcome of conservative surgical management of dentigerous cyst in two male pediatric patients.
