Abstract

The nasolabial cyst is a benign, slow-growing, locally expansile lateral extraosseous lesion located below the nasal alae and medial nasolabial fold. The present case documents 40 years old female reported with extraoral swelling below the left maxillary lip along with elevation of nasal alae. Thorough clinical, radiological examination was done and provisional diagnosis of nasolabial cyst was made. This was further confirmed on histopathological examination.
