Online published on 22 August, 2019. Abstract Posterior open bite can be caused due to number of reasons. Often joint orthodontic-oral surgery procedures are used for its treatment. But it requires patient's willingness to undergo surgery. Patient who are unwilling can be considered for prosthodontic management. This case report describes a unique case that presented with bilateral asymmetric posterior open bite and anterior crossbite with the chief complaint of inability to chew food because her back teeth did not meet. In this article a systematic approach to restore patient's esthetics, function and stable occlusion with the help of fixed dental prosthesis in the maxillary arch and telescopic removable dental prosthesis (overlay RDP) in mandibular arch is presented.
