Absence of the maxillary lateral incisors and canines creates an aesthetic problem which can be managed through interdisciplinary approach and proper treatment plan. These clinical cases are presented to illustrate the interdisciplinary approach between orthodontics and restorative dentistry for improved esthetic results.
