H.Rob., Piper longum L. and Tinospora cordifolia (Willd.) Miers were investigated, and the phytochemicals present in them were identified. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of the extracts were evaluated. All of the plant extracts exhibited significant anti-inflammatory activity. Euphorbia thymifolia and Piper longum extracts were found to be better anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative agents. Ethyl acetate and methanol were found to be most effective solvents.
