S. B. Chaphekar (Urban Ecology & Biodiversity)- A doctorate & respected academician in Botany and environment, Dr. Chaphekar is a recognized & well-known botanist. He has been a Faculty and head of botany department for the Pune University, Pondicherry University, Institute of Science, etc. Dr. Chaphekar has authored more than 80 publications & over 12 research reports on environment science. He has been awarded with fellowship by many prestigious educational institutes & environment organizations, including National Institute of Ecology, Academy of Environmental Biology, etc. He has also managed various independent projects for many corporate, Government institutes & environment bodies on various environment issues at a national level.

Satish Chandra Maheshwari is a Indian botanist and a former professor at School of Life Sciences of Jaipur National University and at the University of Delhi.[1] He is known for his contributions to the fields of plant physiology and plant molecular biology. He is an elected fellow of the Indian Academy of Sciences,[2] the Indian National Science Academy[3] and the National Academy of Sciences, India.[4] The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, the apex agency of the Government of India for scientific research, awarded him the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize for Science and Technology, one of the highest Indian science awards, in 1972, for his contributions to biological sciences.[5]
