The IIMS Journal of Management Science (IIMS-JMS) is having ISSN (Print): 0976-030X, ISSN (Online): 0976-173X is published three issues for the months: January-April, May-August and September-December every year by IIM Shillong jointly with indianjournals.com, New Delhi. It is academic, print and online-open limited access, blind and peer reviewed international journal.
The aim of IIMS-JMS is committed to publishing scholarly empirical and theoretical research articles, which have a high impact on the management field as a whole. The IIMS-JMS ensures to impart a platform for publishing results and research with a strong empirical component and in addition to this, it creates a bridge for significant gap between research and practice by promoting the publication of original, novel, industry-relevant research within the scope and beyond.
