Inheritance of Anther Wall and Pollen Grain Colour in Linseed Joshi P., Mehrotra H. N. Department of Agricultural Botany, University of Udaipur Summary Inheritance of anther wall and pollen grain colour was studied in crosses involving nine varieties of linseed. Genes B and D were found to be basic for the production of colour. Besides them, genes H and S were involved in anther wall colour and O and S in pollen grain colour.
