Abstract

In today's competitive business environment, personnel in the organisationsare a source of competitive advantage. It is very crucial for businesses to hire the right people, for the right job, at the right time with the right knowledge and skills. The recruitment and selection process has become one of the key processes determining the success of an organisation. This paper examines the emerging trends concerning recruitment and selection.
