Abstract

Impressions in cleft lip and palate neonate/infant have often been a challenge to the dentists. A number of techniques and materials have been discussed in the literature for making impressions in the neonates. This article presents a brief review and a case report on various techniques, positions and difficulties encountered during impression making in neonates with cleft lip and palate.
