Abstract The aim of this study is to compare the effect of the teaching method (the explanation and the typical presentation) carried out by the control group and the method of the mediator according to the speed of presentation of the motor model and mental training conducted by the pilot group in the education of beginners The experimental method was used to design the two groups of pre-and post-test tests. The study was conducted over a period of five weeks. After processing the data of the pre and post measurements, the results were obtained. The most important results were: The presentation of the motor model along with the mental training results in superior learning for beginners as a result of the use of the video presentation with different operating speeds of performance, providing learners with an ideal mental vision and integrated mental training before they go to the playroom to apply it practically.
