Online published on 4 April, 2020. Abstract Microorganisms are major source of infection of the root canal system. A wide range of microbial flora are isolated from the root canals. A proper understanding of the root canal microorganisms are very important for the success of root canal treatment. This review highlights the microbial flora involved in endodontic pathology and its role in our treatment procedure.
