Ranjini Post Graduate and Research Department of Zoology, The Ethiraj College for Women, Chennai - 600 008. Abstract The present study was carried out to find out the effect of temperature and photoperiod on biochemical and haematological parameters in guinea fowls during winter and summer seasons. Haematological studies included the estimation of Haemoglobin (Hb), Packed cell volume (PCV), Total erythrocyte count (TEC), Total leucocyte count (TLC) Differential leucocyte count (DLC) and biochemical estiination of calcium (Ca) Phosphorus (P), Alkaline Phosphatase (AP).
