Articles under consideration elsewhere or already published (in English or any other language) should not be sent to the Journal. Author(s) should ensure that they are not infringing on any copyrights. Articles, whether solicited or unsolicited, which do not pass the first round of screening will be rejected immediately. If deemed suitable for further consideration, articles (in the second round) will be sent to external referees under the direction of a reviewing editor. Authors are encouraged to send an electronic version of their manuscript in MS-WORD formats to expedite the reviewing process. Articles should be sent directly to the Editor-in-Chief.
