Abstract The study was conducted on 100 neonatal calves of different age groups suffering from diarrhoea to identify any changes in the hematology. Hemoglobin levels of the affected calves of every age group were significantly decreased (p<0.01) as compared to corresponding control group. PCV values of 22–30 and 31–60 days diseased age groups were significantly (p<0.01) decreased but were not significantly different from the respective controls in other age groups. Significant leukocytosis, neutrophilia and lymphopenia were observed in diseased groups. Top Keywords Diarrhoea, Hematology, Neonatal calves. Top |
