The fruitful communication is possible with using the right information between two or more entities which make a healthy environment and give birth to a perfect society. For this, it is necessary that all humans know about their rights. Human rights are the fundamental rights which main concern to protect the human's rights and interests and also help to maintain the human dignity. In the present digital environment, Human Rights will get more strength when digital democracy should be established in the country by promoting & initiating information literacy programmes through libraries and Librarians particularly, for providing right information to the right person for the right purpose and through the right medium.
