Abstract The study pointed out that in spite of low literacy, women desired to be affiliated with the scientific technologies of dairying rough short duration trainings under all groups, having socio-econcmic npatibility, preferably of middle age nmunicator at their village in summer son. According to them the training gramme should include skill-oriented sion comprising with lecture, group cussions ant ’field visits. The course of ruing must be supported by audiouals aids proferably film. Inclusion of se training interventions in the training dules will definitely help in formulation effective, realistic and need based ning courses which will empower the al women technically, economically and tally.
