Abstract Central Giant Cell Granuloma is an intraosseous destructive lesion of the anterior mandible and maxilla in which large lesions expand the cortical plates, cause movement of teeth, and produce root resorption It is composed of multinucleated giant cell in a background of mononuclear fibrohistiocytic cells and red blood cells. The clinical behavior of central giant cell granuloma (CGCG) of the jaws is variable and difficult to predict. Patients of CGCG might be either totally asymptomatic or present with aggressive growth associated with pain, massive swelling, root resorption, cortical perforation, and/or recurrence. This paper reports 25 year old female with the chief complaint of pain & swelling present in the lower left back teeth region since last one and half year. After thorough clinical examination, radiographic & histopathological examinations, it was diagnosed as “Central Giant Cell Granuloma in relation to 33, 34, 35 & 36 region”.
