The origin of leiomyoma in the oral cavity may be from vascular smooth muscle and excretory ducts of salivary glands. The tumor mainly manifests as a slow-growing, asymptomatic lesion. We report a case of leiomyoma of tongue in a 50-year old female with review of literature. Top Keywords Leiomyoma, Oral Cavity, Tongue. Top |
