Abstract

Crown fractures and luxations occur most frequently of all dental injuries. An appropriate treatment plan after an injury is important for a good prognosis. Guidelines are useful for delivering the best care possible in an efficient manner. Revascularization is a possibility, and is highly desirable, not only to maintain an infection free pulp space, but to allow the tooth to continue to develop and strengthen. LDF may provide a valuable tool to measure pulpal blood flow.
