Management of luxation injuries-A Review and role of LDF and Regenerative endodontics Dr. Bajaj Nitika*, Senior Lecturer, Dr. Monga Prashant**, Senior Lecturer * Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, Genesis Institute of Research and Dental Sciences, Firozpur. ** Department of Conservative Dentistry And Endodontics, Genesis Institute of Research and Dental Sciences, Firozpur. Abstract Crown fractures and luxations occur most frequently of all dental injuries. An appropriate treatment plan after an injury is important for a good prognosis. Guidelines are useful for delivering the best care possible in an efficient manner. Revascularization is a possibility, and is highly desirable, not only to maintain an infection free pulp space, but to allow the tooth to continue to develop and strengthen. LDF may provide a valuable tool to measure pulpal blood flow. Top Keywords Avulsion, luxation, tooth fracture. Top | |
