Abstract Squamous cell carcinoma of the buccal mucosa (BMSCC) is an uncommon, but aggressive, form of oral cavity cancer, associated with a high rate of locoregional recurrence and poor survival. We report a case of a 60 year old male with left sided buccal mucosal squamous cell carcinoma with nodal metastasis who successfully underwent excision with commando operation and pectoralis major myocutaneous (PMMC) flap reconstruction. Top Keywords Buccal mucosal squamous cell carcinoma, local invasion, pectoralis major myocutaneous flap reconstruction. Top |
