Online published on 6 September, 2013. Abstract Ameloblastoma (adamentionoma) is a benign neoplasm arising from the enamel organ. Its constitutes about 1 percent of all head and neck tumors. It represented approximately one percent of oral tumors with 80% of Ameloblastoma occurring in the mandible and 20% of from maxilla. Common presentation of tumors in maxilla is a painless swelling of the involved part. The painless and slow growth of the lesion. Thin bone, adjacent cavities and vital structure are main factors for delay in recognition and thus the potentially lethal result of maxillary Ameloblastoma. We present three case series which present to ENT and Maxillofacial department, Hassan institute of medical sciences, Hassan, from 2009 to 2012. In our case series, one case presented with nasal obstruction which is a rare symptom, other two cases presented with cheek swelling as a primary symptom. With the case series the importance and complexity of differential diagnosis of lesions in Maxilla is discussed.
