Recently Karim Nayernia of University of Newcastle, UK created human sperm from male embryonic stem cells which has further flared the issue. The present paper is an attempt to analyze the probable scientific and ethical implications of recent advances in cloning and related biomedical research with an insight into the policies and legislation of different countries.
