Effect of Hydrogen Ion Concentration on Growth and Sporulation Of Colletotrichum Truncatum Causing Pod Blight in Soybean. Jagtap G.P., Padghan P.R., Zote K.K. Department of Plant Pathology, College of Agriculture, MAU, Parbhani-431 402 Abstract The effect of pH on growth and sporulation of Colletotrichum truncatum (Sch.) Andrus & Moore isolates isolated from diseased soybean plants was studied. Growth of the fungal isolates was accompanied by an increase in pH of the medium. Optimum pH for growth and sporulation was found 5.5. Top Keywords Colletotrichum truncatum, Glycine max, pH. Top | | |
