Abstract The corporate culture plays a vital role in any organization, especially in multinational and international companies. It is important to know the importance and impact of the business culture in the culture of the organizations of the host country. Therefore, the present study aims to analyze the impact of the cultural dimensions of the multinational companies of the Italy on the business culture of India. The objectives of the study include 1) how the various cultural dimensions of the Hofstede model have an impact on the companies that work in India 2) how the business culture of the Italy affects the business culture of India 3) analyze cultural changes. The current research is based entirely on the primary data collected from the company based on five dimensions of the Hofstede model. The data was collected from primary sources. The main respondents were mid-level and senior management employees of Fiat India and Piaggio India (multinational companies of the Italy in India). The research is based on the five dimensions of the Hofstede model. The factorial analysis has been used to fulfil the objective of the investigation. The interpretation and conclusion are based on data analysis. Italy's business culture is affecting the business culture of India. Limitations/implications of the research: the elements developed to measure the cultural changes in the business of the Czech multinationals working in India.
