One of the most popular and significant changes has been the implementation of working arrangements that offer flexibility in several areas, such as working time, place of work, labor supply, task or job content, and rewards. The trend towards flexible working time includes a variety of arrangements for part-time work, job sharing, flexi-time, fixed-term contracts, subcontracting, and career/employment break schemes, providing some. “Economic and social benefits encompass various factors, including economic and social aspects, along with the imperative to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
