Abstract

Electronic resources have brought a tremendous change in the present era. It has thrown new and great challenges on the use and service of libraries. Presently the traditional libraries have been changed from printed resources into electronic resources. E- Resources are easily accessible in the remote areas and solve the storage problems by serving the larger population with the least time and cost. The present paper is an attempt to know the importance of e-sources among the users of Business school Libraries of Orissa. For this purpose a total of 1331 users have been surveyed through the structured questionnaire method out of which 639 are faculty members, 73 research scholars and 619 students from Business schools of Orissa. The responses have been analysed on their perception, and findings have been incorporated with few suggestions to improve e-resource management in these Business schools of Orissa.
