Abstract Undoubtedly, in recent years global economy underwent a dramatic change resulting in transformation of performance as well as functional styles of organizations and their HR policy implementation abilities. ‘Training and development’ is an essential wing of every organization, which converges theoretical concepts to practical application for organizational benefits. It helps to bridge the gap between theoretical ideas and practical needs. Research output indicates a strong correlation between financial fluctuation and hitherto changes in designing ‘Training and Development’ programs. However the factors like ‘geographical location’, ‘demographical diversities’, nature of business etc. have shown different amount of impact that financial fluctuation sheds on training program design. Responding it, this paper work is a sincere endeavor expecting to help the HR practitioners to understand the impact of financial fluctuations on designing & setting proper ‘Training and development’ programs for their respective employees. This research focuses on the relationship between the aforesaid two working variables and used the qualitative research analysis to answer the sole objective fixed in various observed corporate houses. A strong direction is found in this relationship ignoring the impact of well stocked reserve and surplus funds in bigger corporate houses. Top Keywords Financial Status, Training and Development.
