Abstract

India hopes to have a trillion-dollar economy. To succeed, it must develop the structures and methods necessary to transform the current demographic dividend into highly skilled technical labor capable of doing ground-breaking research, innovating, and engaging in deep-tech entrepreneurship. By fusing start-ups’ entrepreneurial spirit with the resources that are normally made accessible to new enterprises, business incubators add value to the economy. Entrepreneurship is all about a person’s willingness to take risks, establish structure, and manage a firm in a dynamic and competitive environment. It is considered that one should quit drawing and begin building in order to establish a company. Once the effective creation of a business is complete, no one can stand in the way of the entrepreneurs, who then become unstoppable. In India, the number of entrepreneurs and start-up businesses has significantly increased. Plans for entrepreneurship education might cover in-depth topics including product creation, sales funnels, business proposal writing, and pitching ideas to investors in certain markets. A startup that offers a better way to do everything is challenging a 100-year-old company. Startups operate in a transparent environment and aim to serve their customers better. Startups look for new ideas, jump on them, and find new and improved ways to use them and achieve higher quality. The college has a greater impact on starting a new business. Most management students choose to launch their own businesses. The organization offers more assistance to startups than the others. The regression model predicts that while self-support has a negative effect on management students, social support, family support, institutional support, role models, and entrepreneurial education have a greater inf luence on entrepreneurial intention. It has been shown that while the majority of management students in the Erode area are aware of startups, they fall short when it comes to becoming self-sufficient, which implies they have difficulty putting the concepts they have learned into practice.
