Abstract India’s EdTech journey began in 2004 with the introduction of smart classrooms, satellite- based teaching, and the usage of school management software by schools. Online education was first introduced in 2008 thanks to EdTech companies. As time went on, the affordability of smartphones and the availability of the internet cleared the path for broader market penetration. The majority of India’s present EdTech industry consists of pre-K–12/college learning, upskilling, test preparation and technology suppliers. This research paper focuses on the factors that lead to the growth of the Indian Edtech Ecosystem. Also, the data is derived from various statistical graphical data from Statista and Inc42 Plus. It also explains the challenges faced in the Indian EdTech Ecosystem and various recommendations to overcome them. Top Keywords Challenges, Drivers, Ecosystem, EdTech, Indian. Top |
