Abstract This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of foot reflexology on lactation among postnatal mothers. A quantitative research approach, pre-experimental one group pre and post test only design was adopted for the study. 20 post natal mothers who fulfilled the inclusion criteria were selected for the study. Modified latches breast feeding assessment tool was used to assess the level of lactation among the post natal mothers.
