The employment outlook for Indian youth: Eedifying entrepreneurial ecosystem as a way forward

Abstract

Unemployment is a great crash for economic development and so many social performances. Building Entrepreneurial Ecosystems as a Way Forward for the youth development is a step ahead to trim down Unemployment setback. Youth is an asset for every nation and prolific employment of youth is essential for them to contribute to its economic development. Especially, for a young nation like India on verge of the demographic share phase, achieving high rate of youth employment is of paramount significance. Youth unemployment and underemployment is common around the world since young people lack skills, work experience, job search abilities and the financial resources to find employment. This paper puts-forth the employment status in India, how growth without job and how entrepreneurial ecosystem as a way forward for youth employment and finally it presents the assistance provided to the entrepreneur in India.
