Factors influencing internet banking usage-An investigative study Dr. Gupta Amisha Assistant Professor, The Business School, University of Jammu Online published on 13 February, 2018. Abstract Internet banking or online banking has revolutionized an integral activity of our modern twenty first century lives-‘banking’. Bank receives instructions and delivers its products and services to customers through internet and this is generally termed as Internet Banking. Nowadays Internet Banking is the outlet to let out banking services to their customers. There are some demographic and other factors which affect the usage of internet banking such as Gender, occupation, Qualification and type of banks. The study was exploratory in nature and sample size for the study was 125 respondents, those were having account in that banks, which provide the internet banking facility. Convenient sampling method is used for selection of sample. The primary data was analyzed by factor analysis and identify the four factors i.e. Adoption of Internet Banking, Precaution Against Risk, Reason for not Using IB, Problems Faced.
