Abstract

The customer should have the better opinion about the service done by the industries, as the customers evaluate the qualities between many industries in which they are satisfied in their services. The customers’ expectations in services in freight forwarding are high when compared to other products and manufacturing sectors. A freight forwarder, forwarder, or forwarding agent, also known as a non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC), is a person or company that organizes shipments for individuals or corporations to get goods from the manufacturer or producer to a market, customer or final point of distribution. Forwarders contract with a carrier or often multiple carriers to move the goods. A freight forwarder is an agent who acts on behalf of importers, exporters or other agencies to organize the safe, efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods. They have many roles in forwarding the goods.
