Abstract The cement industry plays a significant role in the economic development and it is considered as one of the core sectors of the economy. The effective management of human resources requires sound HRM systems. In order to develop a sound HRM system, the orgnisation should have effective HRM practices. HRM practices that the orgnisational activities directed at managing the pool of human and ensuring that the resources are employed towards the fulfillment of orgnisational goals. From the overall observation researchers come with some effective points of the orgnisation needs to improve present HRM practices that enhance the employee engaged and commitment. Employee job satisfaction uplift the orgnisational effectiveness thus less employee turnover. The researchers also point out that the trained managers may be appointed by the management for the smooth running for the betterment of employee performance in the work. The outline of the research paper is to accelerate orgnisation need to implement integrated approach to talent management offers opportunities for professional growth and development, efficient motivation grade pay scale facility, exciting more rewards and social safety measurements. In nowadays environment the human resources is also very important as the financial assets, technology and other aspects.
