Abstract Indian Telecom sectors is more than a hundred years of its history, it is one of the prime shoulder services needed for the fast growth and modernization of various sectors of the economy. The Indian telecom sector is witnessing great competition to global players. The eyes of the world are now on India, and the policy makers and the private players are working together to ensure that this growth and success story will continue with its prosperity. This high growth rate has been achieved in major part due to sharp fall in tariffs. The continuous growth of the industry has attracted many major global manufactures of telecom equipment to make investments in Indian market. The essences of a research paper focus on some important attributes which are significantly influence on telecom sector (BSNL) are as, personal profile, educational qualification, experience. The researchers also point out that the Human Resource Development factors are support for the organization to success, therefore, researchers focus on vital factors of HRD in study organization, to increased competition, technological advancement, increased quality awareness, globalization, growing problems of employees and lack of commitment of employees are thoroughly evaluated and get mixture responses from the respondents on the aspects of HRD in BSNL in HK-region. Finally, researchers conclude that BSNL could achieve its objectives in the near future, if it mainly focuses and adopts market oriented strategies in promoting its services.
