Abstract

The concerned research study is based on the issue of the counterfeit products. Now days the counterfeiting is prevailing in the market and is significantly affecting the market value of the various widely recognized brands. Counterfeit products are however manufactured in order to take advantage of the superior value of the imitated products. The term counterfeit explains the regular falsification of the various products, and brands. It has become a common trend especially in the big cities where the counterfeit products are sold in the market at a large scale. Most of the young generation is influenced by the counterfeit products as these are available at very less price in comparison to the original branded products. This ultimately influences the market image and the profitability of the company. The concerned research study will carried on with regard to the counterfeit and its impact on the Gucci products.
