Abstract

Quality circle is one of the employee participation methods. It implies the development of skills, capabilities, confidence and creativity of the people through cumulative process of education, training, work experience and participation. Participation makes them more responsible. They are willing to take initiative and come out with cost-saving suggestions and growth-oriented ideas. To identify the effectiveness of quality circles in public sector and private sector, Structural Equational Model (SEM) have been performed by using AMOX software in order to know that the comparative analysis of effectiveness of quality circle in public sector and private sector companies.
