Abstract Sexual crimes against women and children are one of the greatest issues of the 21st century. ‘Currently there is much increase in the rate of sex crimes committed by adolescents. The aim of the study was to understand various aspects of juvenile sex offending from the perspective of significant people related to juvenile sex offenders. Data was collected from individuals such as parents, advocates and care takers who found to be much connected to juvenile sex offenders. Participants listed large amount of information regarding the causes, problems, issues, anxieties behind sex offenses. They commended educational practices from the very younger classes itself makes discrimination between boys and girls, which doesn't helps to develop a healthy friendly relationship between them. Children don't gain information regarding healthy sexuality either from home or from school. Parents are also unaware of the problems created by children using technology. One of the major reasons behind criminality is the use and abuse of drugs and alcohol. Therefore equal opportunities must be provided for the growth and development of children. Very strong attempts and efforts should be taken for protecting and guarding the rights of children. By doing so it will be easier in building up worthy and virtuous citizens for a country.
