Abstract

This paper attempts a conceptual framework consisting of Human resources management practices (supervision, job training, and pay practices), job satisfaction, and turnover, and to explain the relationships among these variables. Job satisfaction plays an important role in employee's turnover because it would lead employee to resign a job when his job satisfaction level is low. This research paper indicates that HRM practices are positively and significantly correlated with job satisfaction. On the other hand HRM practice and job satisfaction are negatively and significantly correlated with the employee turnover. However, the results of HRM practices and job satisfaction are strong predictors of turnover.
