Objectives of the study 1. To explore the level of job satisfaction among the school teachers in Coimbatore district. 2. To examine job satisfaction among the school teachers in Coimbatore district. Methodology The investigator adopted survey method for the study Sample Two hundred and fifteen (215) school teachers were selected as sample for the study. Tool Job Satisfaction scale developed by Prof. Dr. S. Sathiyagirirajan was used for the study. Findings The results showed that the level of Job Satisfaction among school teachers is average. Top |
