Abstract It is becoming important to fight against climate change from our country's perspective since India is committed to be involved actively in multilateral negotiations under the UNFCCC in a positive, creative and forward-looking manner. In order to avoid disastrous effect of climate change, awareness and understanding of the benefits of emerging green business is of great importance now. If ‘green thinking’ is incorporated in the business culture, then greener business environment can yield enormous benefits, both for the business and the society as a whole. This paper has attempted to underline the importance of green business and how the entrepreneurs are taking organic step for doing green business in order to protect the environment.
