Abstract The phenomenal growth of passenger vehicle market is vitally backed by the Domestic taxi segment. With the population increase and economic growth coupled with rapid urbanization. The demand for transport has also been increased. The Indian passenger vehicle industry is expected to have a strong growth potential in near future. One of the leading services of mobile Apps companies for personal transportation of OLA cabs which was launched in 04 February 2015 in Gwalior. It has encouraged a great traction of services with a high Quality and High service in Gwalior. The study deals with the customers satisfaction towards the OLA services in Gwalior, the drivers behavior, Ease of access, women safety, Frequency of use of cab services in Gwalior. The major problem that has been faced by the passengers of OLA services is the non-maintenance of time and the lack of women safety. The reasons that support and influence their choice, ascertain their views in enhancement of services and reasons behind their Dissatisfaction are analyzed by conducting the descriptive research, using convenience sampling and provide with feasible suggestions. The outcome has undoubtly emphasized the satisfaction level of services and a good growth of cab services in Gwalior in the future.
