Abstract The business scenario is experiencing a revolutionary shift in order to manage and retain the scarce talent. Employee experience is the new age human resource management tool for achieving organizational objective, by aligning them to the employee's objective. This paper highlights the concept of employee experience. The significance of employee experience has been established at all touch points of employee life cycle. This paper also discusses the factors contributing to positive employee experience which in turn leads to more engaging workforce.
